Who Am I?

I'm 25 years old the same age as wheel of Fornitune. I belong to a dedicated day program in Cranston. My college and high school are in Warwick and I live with my family in East Greenwich. I'm born with down syndrome and had a heart condition. I have many friends and currently in a committed relationship with my girl friend. I have a senstive soul and expressed it in theater and visual arts and also writing. Who am I?
